New Ford Transit Custom 2018

New Ford Van dealers are gearing up for the launch of both the New Transit Custom and Tourneo Customs at this years CV Show Birminghams NEC 24th - 26th April 2018. Ford Motor Company will also be showing two other models due to launch in 2018 - New Transit Courier & New Transit Connect.

New Transit Custom MCA  in stock - With more vans arriving at the dealerships each day. Stoneacre's Transit Centres Ford Trained commercial vehicle specialists are currently completing their product training. Training includes covering the changes made to new Transit Custom specifications.

The series line up remains the same;

• Base (Van & Double Cab in Van)
• Trend (Van & Double Cab in Van)
• Limited (Van & Double Cab in Van)
• Sport (Van & Double Cab in Van)

And the new Ford Custom MCA is powered by the already proven 2.0l Ford EcoBlue engines (105ps, 130ps & 170ps). These new 2.0l diesel engines already comply with the stringent Euro Stage 6 emissions legislation. The new EcoBlue engine range is coupled to a choice of either 6 speed manual or selectshift automatic on the 130ps & 170ps (Trend, Limited & Sport Vans).

The new van is available in both short (L1) and Long wheel base (L2) with low roof (H1) as standard and optional high roof (H2) body styles & increased GVM's to maximise both volume and payload available to van operators. All vans have slide loading doors as standard on the passanger side with barn door at the rear. Transit Custom H1 models can also be specified with the option of a rear tailgate at additional cost.

To compliment the changes made to the body styling Ford have introduced three new colours to the range, with Chrome Blue replacing Deep Impact Blue and two additions Orange Glow & Diffused Silver.

New Transit Custom 2018 colours are:

• Chrome Blue (New - Replaces Deep Impact Blue)
• Orange Glow (New Colour)
• Diffused Silver (New Colour)
• Magnetic
• Moondust Silver
• Frozen White
• Race Red
• Blazer Blue

Ford Transit Tourneo Custom MCA (Ford's 8 / 9 Seat Tourneo Custom people carrier) have also started to arrive in the UK and will be available to test drive at the Transit Show Live Events at our Doncaster and York Van Centres.
